We provide advice and representation covering the full range of criminal work from minor motoring offences to serious cases such as rape or murder.
We will advise clients on their eligibility for Legal Aid at the first meeting. Our criminal defence lawyers are registered by the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide legal representation and assistance in criminal cases.
We are happy to advise clients regarding the procedures adopted by the police in criminal cases before any papers are served on the accused person by the Procurator Fiscal’s office.
